Flax Eggs

Ingredients
- ground flax seeds (use a coffee grinder; best if freshly ground)
- water

Instructions
Mix 1 Tbsp of ground flax seeds with 3 Tbsp water and stir until combined. Add to your recipe. This amount replaces 1 egg.

Excellent substitute for chicken eggs in a baked recipe, if you are vegan or want to keep it light.
