Easy baked salmon




Ingredients for 2 portions
2 medium-sided pieces of salmon
salt, pepper and thyme to taste
1/2 lemon

Instructions
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add the salmon (skin-down or skin on the side). Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
Thinly slice the lemon and cover the salmon with the slices.
Put salmon in the cold oven, turn on to 200°C and bake for 25 minutes.
Enjoy!

1 small slice of salmon (130 g) contains 180 kcal and 0g carbs.
