Ingredients (makes approx. 2-3 portions)
100 g iceberg lettuce
150 g cucumber
100 g fennel
4 button mushrooms (ca. 30 g)
4 cherry tomatoes
1 portion of yogurt oregano salad dressing
Instructions
Chop up all vegetables in sizes to your liking.
Add salad dressing. Serve
