Ingredients:
30 g butter
2 Tbsp flour of your choice (I use gluten-free)
3 dl cold milk (lactose free works too)
salt
nutmeg
Instructions:
Melt butter in a small pan on medium-low heat. Once melted, add flour and combine quickly with a whisk until reaching a creamy consistency. Start adding milk little by little, continuing to whisk firmly and steadily, to avoid clumps forming. Keep going until all milk is added and the sauce has a thick, pasty consistency. Remove from heat, add salt and nutmeg to taste.
