Ingredients for 1 serving
200ml milk
1 tbsp yogurt
1-2 tsp soluble coffee (i.e. Nescafè espresso)
3 large strawberries
Instructions
Chop up strawberries and put in a high-powered blender. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Note: the smoothie won't be particularly sweet! If you don't like the slightly bitter aftertaste of coffee, add a bit of honey.
One serving contains 136 kcal and 6 g of carbs.
