Ingredients:
500 g Brussels sprouts
100 g diced bacon
250 ml cream
30 g grated Parmesan
30 g grated Gruyère
pepper
nutmeg
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 190°C.
Wash & trim sprouts and boil them for 5 minutes in a pot filled with water and some salt.
Meanwhile, sauté the bacon for a minute in a pan and set aside to cool slightly.
In a small bowl, mix cream, grated cheeses, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Add bacon and combine.
Drain the sprouts and spread on a cutting board. With the help of a fork, cut them in half (attention! hot!).
Take a baking tray, add the sprouts, then distribute the sauce and mix together well with a spoon.
Bake in the oven for approx. 20-30 min, until golden.
