Spring salad



For the salad, mix in a bowl
1 fennel, cut in stripes
1 avocado, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
4 radishes, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1 handful chopped chives

For the sauce, combine
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp mustard
Salt to taste

Yields 4 servings.
