500g fresh spinach
150g cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Salt
Instructions
Clean spinach and cut off excess stems. Peel clove of garlic and cut in half; extract central part. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Heat oil in a large pan or wok and add garlic when hot. Add spinach, reduce heat to medium and sauté until reduced to half the volume. Add tomatoes and salt, continue to sauté for an additional 5 min.
Remove garlic and serve.
