Makes a perfect dessert or breakfast! It is not super low carb, but it's a perfect remorse-free treat for your sweet tooth; since it's quite nourishing, you can combine it to a smaller snack for a full meal.
Ingredients for 1 glass
2 dl milk (I used lactose-free)
10g 90% chocolate, shredded into pieces
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
50g frozen raspberries
Instructions
Throw all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
This smoothie contains 182 kcal and 8g of carbs.
