Quiche/ Pie Mixture

Ingredients
2.5 dl creamy coconut milk
2 eggs
salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and combine with a fork. Pour the mixture over the quiche (crust + filling).

Alternative:
If you are making a sweet pie, replace the spices with sweetener of your choice, vanilla and cinnamon according to your taste.
