Ingredients (makes approx. 4 servings if used as a starter)
1 portion of cashew hummus
9 cherry tomatoes
18 capers
1 leaf of green salad
Instructions
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and remove the insides with the help of a teaspoon.
Fill each half with some hummus and top with a caper.
Take a plate, add the salad leaf as decoration and place the tomatoes on it.
1/2 cherry tomato contains approx. 60 kcal and 1 gram of carbs.
